What is the Daily Caloric Intake?


The Daily Caloric Intake for:
Inactive Teens: 2200 calories
Moderately Active Teens: 2400-2800 calories
Active Teens: 2800-3200 calories

Factors that may affect Daily Caloric Intake include:
∆ Height
∆ Weight
∆ Body Composition
∆ Metabolism
∆ Activity Level

Caloric Needs are different from person to person, so it is important to determine for yourself how much you need.
